Feedback and Complaints
We appreciate your feedback and are happy to receive criticism both positive and negative, but please put it in writing.
Dr Carpenter is the Practice Principal and requests any complaints be put in writing ATTENTION TO HER. A response will be made with 7 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint you have the right to contact the Health Ombudsman on 133 646.
Privacy
GP’s @ Brighton values your privacy and we have a detailed Privacy Policy in keeping with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you have questions or a complaint about the privacy of your personal information, please ask to speak to the privacy contact officer at the practice.
